Thanks for your reply, I'm currently serving in the army it's my third year, I can confirm that my little brother used hacks on my computer while I was away on multiple games not just this one (it also gave me viruses) I was wondering what is your policy against hacking and if I can ever get unbanned. I can assure you that it won't happen again my little brother has a computer of his own now, Thanks for your time. Good luck on managing your server
unfortunately we are not able to distinguish the difference between you and your brother if you play from the same computer and IP address so you will have to remain permanently banned as we have zero tolerance towards hacking
