do you have any other location to play from? we will not be able to unban your IP address because it has been used by a hacker. unbanning that IP would mean he could simply make a new character again and play which would render his punishment useless.
Today the ISP come my home to reset the cable modem. And I also reinstall Windows system. Because I live in school dormitory ,I will play MapleRoyals in other location.I just stay home temporarily. And thanks a lot for all GMs to provide us such a good game experance =)))
