If you get this when voting, you need to input the account name you use to login to play. The forum account is different.
If you clearly made an account are you able to log into the control panel? https://royals.ms/?page=index If yes then please upload a screenshot of your mapleroyals folder. If no then you have not registered an account correctly.
You have downloaded the Open Beta instead of the actual live server, uninstall the game, delete the folder if still there and then download the correct setup. https://royals.ms/?page=download
