I've often heard different people "swear" that one particular training spot is better than another when giving me advice, so I decided to use science to find out for myself which training areas netted you the most exp/minute. I'll share my results down below. So far I've only tested GS6, GS5, and GS2, and only as a Priest using heal. If you're another class and another level I encourage you to take down data in a similar fashion as me and share it on this forum. Abstract Out of the three areas I tested, (surprise), GS2 netted me the most exp/minute. GS6 yielded the least. Procedure I began each trial on a safe platform. I started with Mr. Anchors. I set the timer on my phone for five minutes and the moment it started I would tele to the top level of the map, tele to one end healing the entire way, tele down, and heal + tele to my way back to the platform where I would spam heal until most of the monsters had died. I repeated this until the timer ran out. Results GS6 (Mr. Anchors) avg 35,860 exp/minute w/ HS (1 party member) avg 39,446 exp/minute GS5 (Selkie Jrs) avg 54,655 exp/minute w/ HS (1 party member) avg 60,121 exp/minute GS2 (Slimys) avg 62,031 exp/minute w/ HS (1 party member) avg 68,234 exp/minute Data Level: 88 Class: Priest INT: 434 (403 + 31) Magic: 533 Wand: Maple Shine Wand Wand Matk: 12 Cape: Purple Gaia Cape Cape Matk: 7 If someone wants me to post my actual data and math I will, but right now it's a lot to type out and I have to leave soon. Keep in mind that this won't be true for every level and every class. Perhaps at some lower level you'd get more exp/minute training at GS5, or at a higher level get more exp/min training at GS6. I encourage all of you to run similar experiments and post your results here. It would be pretty cool to scientifically confirm where the best spots to train are for each class and level. Also I know for many of you this confirms what you already knew, but hey now at least you have science to back it up! I'll add to this list as I see fit. The exp to hp ratio from Slimys is vastly superior versus any other monster in that level range. Even with one hits against Mr. Anchors, their lower spawn rate still hold them back in the exp/min comparison.
