If you have an ad pop-up blocker on Firefox, disable it. I will also list some other things that may help: adding an exception to your anti-virus or firewall, downloading Google Chrome and using the chat box there, re-installing Firefox, or restarting Windows.
No adblocker, I tried it also in Google Chrome but i still cant see it. Also restarted windows. Ill try reinstalling the firefox and give u an update PS. Earlier i was able to use it, but when i tried to refresh my page it just disappeared. I dunno why
Just finished reinstalling firefox. I dont think it has something to do with my browser. Is there like a setting for Chat box in this site to make it appear or hide?
Mine was automatically enabled, and I don't see an appear/hide option. Does it show that your signed in when you go to the shoutbox tab?
