Closed Shout box won't appear (Am I banned from shoutbox?)

So many hours ago there was a 4 hours server maintenance and I was using the shout box. When I tried to say something in the shout box there was an error message. So I tried refreshing my browser and it was gone
I tried: updating my java, using both chrome and firefox, deleting cookies & history but it still won't appear.
Am I banned or there's something wrong with my account?

Besides everyone was messing around, I wonder why I was the only one that got his shoutbox removed.

I did not see your comment as a joke and I still don't.
Since I have had no intentions to keep you banned longer than for the server was down I have unbanned you.
