cannot open mapleroyals.exe

    I use the win10 laptop,and I uninstall all the anti-virus software's but Windows defender.
    However,I also turn it off. Besides,I try to choose compatibility such as Windows xP pack 2 and Windows Vista pack3 but in vains. It is interesting that I can see the picture(gif) when I open setup.exe.
    Thus,is there any other ways to solve this problem?
    Ps:i can see the process of mapleroyals in the system operation,but it occupy 0% of CPU.

    Reinstall the game, if they doesn't work you can do it the hardway by removing it via regedit
