Why do I get ban for: My ingame account is not banned to be exact, however I couldn't visit any website on mapleroyals as well as the forum on my laptop. *as shown on the picture attached*. In addition, I would like to make it clear that I did not share my game account with any third party player, and the reason of me getting online in a different country is due to my summer break from the university, as I travel with my laptop around and play whenever I like. Furthermore, I've not been online since July that's because I have deleted the game from my laptop and now I feel like playing back but couldn't download it, since I got restricted from visiting the website. Finally, I wish the staff team could unban my I.P from my laptop so that I could visit the website again and download the game. Many thanks. Ban message when login attempted: none? Maybe? First, the picture is not viewable. Second, this is only for in game bans since there are no website bans (unless you are banned from the forums). If you are having difficulty accessing our site, please post in the Technical Help board as it is more than likely an issue with your computer/connection.
Thanks for the reply, but I have no problems visiting the website from my cell phone and iPad while using the same WiFi router as my laptop. I will try to post my image on technical help page but I don't know how to attach it from my IPad
