Im sorry, i don't understand what does that mean, Im using a Windows 7 PC operating maple regularly using home internet and the disconnection looks like any other disconnect, I do not aware there is such thing call mac address in my computer

Someone playing on the same internet connection as you do got banned. Who is this person and why are they using the same internet as you do if it's not a shared VPN connection?
the only place I play this game is either home on pc, or at school on labtop Im not sure who is "someone" that you are referring to, my sister is the other person I can think of playing in the same internet as i do - home (but she quit while ago) I have never use any third party program But i do use school internet to play the game sometimes. i don't believe that's consider Public VPN but public internet connection
At the time I got ban there is no other people playing the game other than me in the house, but however my parent was using the same internet in the house watching drama on Chinese website
I suggest you figure out why and how you share your IP address with hackers. This is not a system error like your friend mentioned.
Like I said, I do not use any third party program at all, I have been playing the game regularly since first started. and how am i suppose to know if my IP address is shared with hacker. if firewall is the cause of it, i have no choice but turn it off so i can operate the game.
Has been around a week of ban since the server think I used public VPN and shared internet address with hacker (I have never use any public VPN nor hack) I guess the sever had forgotten me and telling me to move on
We're just waiting for you to explain or figure out why you're sharing your IP with a hacker if that's not you and you aren't using a public VPN.
Okay, i don't know if there is anything to do with the event week ago. during the day i got ban, it was also the day i can finally log back on to the server. i was also the victim 2 weeks ago where Vietnam player who is using "Viettel" internet provider cannot connect to the server so i was unable to play the game for a entire week. if player from that event caught the same problem i want to know if they have the same problem.
ok so now we're getting somewhere, your provider Viettel probably provides it's users with semi-dynamic IP cycles which means sometimes you wont be able to play thanks to someone else that had that IP before you. I'll check that out later for you.
