This because your lag issues are likely connected to the high amount of far away distance attack notifications. You have been unbanned and should be able to log in again.

Let's just hope for now that you won't face the same problem. As for ways to reduce lag, I guess you can ask other players from your region if they're having issues and if they don't you might want to check if your internet is optimized. (In case you're using Wi-Fi, you might want to check the signal strength and such)
