Well, do you do it eh? I do it sometimes yes. I sometimes go for a walk but nothing more though.....I mighht start going to the gym at some point though. what about you all?

Yeah! I train 2 or more days a week for cheerleading/gymnastics (depending on how lazy I am f3) I usually train for at least 3hrs a time, and it's usually and hour of stunting, half an hour of tumbling, half an hour of jumping, and then an hour of conditioning
