Game won't start; error code -2005530585

I installed the game but whenever I try to boot it I just get this error message ; error code : - 2005530585 (Unknown error 0x88760827). The client used to run fine on my old computer and I downloaded and installed it the same way so I am at a loss as to what the issue is. Any help?

My specs are X99, i7 5820k, GTX970, 16GB DDR4 in case this information can help.

Can't say I am very familiar with that error code but there are a few things you can try:

• Change the compatibility on the client
• Disable any antivirus/firewall
• Uninstall the game and then redownload the setup and install again
