    I'm a tad confused as to what you're trying to appeal here.
    A lvl 34 magician dealing 400k damage in 1 hit sounds to me like you've been hacking, which we have zero tolerance towards.
    With that said, I don't see any reason to unban you at this time.

    I don't understand what happen to my character
    I never use any hack or something , probably someone used my account to do hacked
    please give me one more chance ,I really want to play this game and i promise i will use the correct way to play .

    There are no signs of you ever having been hacked, we are to believe that you hacked and won't unban you for that.
