Why do you think you got banned?: Little brother used my account (sorry, I didn't allow this) and he set up a script / bot. Will I be able to make and play on a new account? Or is there anyway that Aqkward can be rollbacked/banned/reenabled so I can play again? Thank you.

Actually, since your brother was making progress on your account it counts as major account sharing and not a minor account sharing which means that your ban has been corrected to a permanent one. And to your question, no you will not be able to make a new account since you as a person is banned and not just the account itself.
