Would appreciate some further information on the ban and given the chance to appeal.

 

According to our logs your accounts usually log in from Florida, but sometimes log in from Australia just a few minutes after.
Care to explain?

 

Yes, sadly, I must admit to account sharing with my friend KushGuru. We have been long time friends beyond this game and I hate that we've come to this here.

I would like to bring attention to the fact that both myself and KushGuru own bishop accounts. Mine was a relatively low level in 140s to 150s and his was a high level 185 bishop. In my own fault I agreed to let him borrow my bishop in order to leech his NL at a faster rate than his Bishop is capable of. As the large difference in levels helps his NL train slightly faster he thought it would be worthwhile, and clearly we were proven wrong today.

I cannot ask for repentance as we know that this was wrong and under no circumstances can accounts be shared, but I'm begging you to reconsider the punishments given. Please drop this down to a 30 day ban for each of our accounts. He did not gain something he could not obtain by accessing my account, he simply wanted a quicker self leeching experience, and I don't see any serious harm there worthy of a permanent ban across all of our accounts.

Please try to see it from our point of view, as a pair of loving players that spend their entire day online enjoying what you've created here.

 

We have looked at the amount of times you two have logged in to each other's accounts and there is no possible way we consider this a minor offence.
Your ban will remain permanent as it is and you two, or should I say three since KushGuru also shared with another player, are no longer welcome on this server.

 

Will you not reconsider? The only times he has logged into my account were for the things mentioned above, and to complete the zakum jump quest. Please note that I have never logged into any of his accounts and I have never logged onto any of his characters. We do not actively play each other's accounts as I'm sure you logs will show.

I'm sure everything looks sketchy but please take the extra time to figure what really happened here and I hope you'll realize this was a minor offense. I can only hope at least.
