    Haven't played Maple in general in agesss.
    I wanted a fresh start c:

    I'm from SoCal. I played GMS and various private servers since early 2006.
    I started playing Maple Royals but getting discouraged since there's nobody to talk to in the tutorial area lol.
    Wish I could skip it.
    Look forward to playing with you all ^^

    Welcome to Maple Royals, there are many people who also start fresh on MR after long time, so I hope you enjoy your stay and ask for help where necessary.

    And yes, the tutorial island is always a drag, that's just as how it was back in 2006, but no worries, once you get off, then exp is 4x and you'll have an easier time!
