That's the exact reason akira isn't posting .
It doesn't matter if someone helped you buy/make an item as long as both sides agree about his main owner ( that one who has the right to post on this thread )

 

That doesn't really seem correct. If that was the case, then pretty much none of these ranges would mean anything (not like they really do anyways). People have been removed from this list in the past for using other people's equips. It shouldn't matter if the other person doesn't post on this thread. You should be posting your range while wearing only your equips.

 

I saw that akira had already posted before, but idk the timeline of their gear and what she was using then.

The definition is given as "permanently yours, and cannot be taken back by anyone else" so would that mean that if both had helped create and actively share it its not exclusively one party's?

 

this can be also considered as taking a loan, I don't think that's necessarily makes it an Union item.
edit: as long as you pay back I think the item is all yours?

It has not been easy for me. It has not been easy for me. I started off in Henesys. My friend gave me a small loan of 13 billion mesos. I came into Kerning City, and I had to pay him back, and I had to pay him back with interest. But I came into Kerning City and I sold my Claymore, and I did great.

 

Yes, that should make the item permanently yours but when you say that the gear is shared and actively call it "my gear" wouldn't that disqualify it?
I meant in that last post more of the actively sharing and claiming ownership.

 

Just seems like people are trying to find loopholes to make your range look better If someone assisted you in making a piece of gear, and in return they get to borrow it whenever. That is a union.

 

I won't post my magic in this thread. As far as Wolf's and my gear union, other than poking fun at what happened with Inversion and Chusky, the gear is Wolf's, not mine. Every item that I helped him perfect is tagged under Ulfur, because he is the owner. I have no motivation to play this game other than to talk with friends and make meso to see him perfect more items. I don't play for my own sake, so in many respects, it's like if your friend quit and gave you all their meso, or logged on in a few months to do a gach run and gave away all the items they got. I don't think anyone would argue that getting meso or gach items from a friend is an issue. The gray line is if a friend who quit gave you their actual gear and you considered the new owner to be you, so you posted with that damage range. There's a few people who have done that here, but even that I don't think is wrong. The issue is who owns what. There's only a problem if people have a dispute over who the owner is, or they use the same items to post here. Neither of those are a concern since Wolf is the owner (I specifically made him tag every item with his IGN) and I won't post my magic (I only care about Wolf's anyway). So the gear is his to do as he pleases, and I just put my money into helping him fund the next item because he's a cherished friend. If this is still an issue, a better discussion would be about how we determine ownership, especially in the case of gear you own because a friend quit and gave you it.

As far as actively sharing it, I also haven't asked for Wolf to lend me the gear ever since Tim gave me his. On the rare occasion that I go HT, I use Tim's gear which, with echo and Wizard Elixir, I can 1 hit darks. The gear I helped Wolf make is usually on Tim so he can petri grind, or Wolf himself.

In the case I refer to the gear as "my gear," I'm referring to it as gear that I either have on me or gear that I have helped to make. I have never claimed ownership of them because I have, from the beginning, merely helped Wolf make them. Hence why I was so adamant at the beginning for him to tag everything in his name. I've never considered the gear as mine, mine to sell, mine to lend out to other friends (which I have told I had to ask Wolf first), or even mine to scroll (he's almost always done the scrolling, although the reason is more like it's funny to make fun of him if he goes 1/20).

I suppose under that definition, it's not a union. I hadn't had the gear in months, and the only reason why I happen to have it now is because Wolf has been busy in his personal life and I'm trying to convince that stubborn StopperFarm to take it off my hands and hit 200 already at petris. So the union is more like Wolf and Tim; I have no use for the gear myself.

 

anyone can do whatever they want to do with their gear imo ,I lend my gear probably every second day , and about that "shared gear" , I have never heard of a situation that 2 or more people have one gear that concidered belonged to all of them at the same percent , other than maybe inversion - chusky case (never realy got confirmed by both of the players to be true tho).
