Hi I read the notice abt changes to the iTGC stuff, and i noticed that it's alr way past 16th of november. Have the changes been implemented yet because I still have the manuals in my inventory, along w the etcs.
Well the last sentence should also answer your own question. also, the eta for the changes was no earlier than the 16th of november, not the 16th of november itself.
