Last thing i did : Chatting with someone
Why do you think you got banned? : For stacking a pile of coins on my keyboard to keep skill spamming
    Ban message : Can't remember
Which GM banned me : I don't really know any GM name

Hi. I am currently new to the whole maple thing. Starting like two or three weeks ago. I did not know that it is illegal to stack a pile of coins on keyboard to keep skill spamming until I was banned and that was the first time I do that. You can check the log or something. So could you overlook just this once?

Sorry, but ignorance is not an excuse to break the rules so your ban will stand. You will be able to play again once your ban is over.

Hi Jeen. I have been asking around in shoutbox and i think i did not done any wrong based om the points below.
    1. I did not use any illegal software in this case.
    2. I did reply anyone who went into the GS2 map to chat immediately (like buying map from me)
I think i did not break the bottling rules. So can you check the log and reopen the case?

Putting items on your keyboard to play for you is considered botting as it is allowing the game to be played without you physically pressing the keys. Even if you are able to respond, this is considered botting.

It doesn't matter the reason, it is not allowed. You must be physically pressing the key with a part of your body, be it a toe, a finger, an elbow, etc. Anything else pressing the key is considered botting, it doesn't matter the circumstance.

Lol. This is new to me. Fine. I accept that. But can you don't block the ip? Just the character. I'm living in someplace like a dorm with hundreds of people. So all should have the same ip. Not sure how many are playing mapleroyals. Feel bad in making them cannot play.
