I don't know who Jimmy1 is, but I use our dormitory's public wifi to play the game, so maybe that's the reason?
Right, so the situation at hand is that Jimmy1 has been banned for suspicious activity and thus the IP he's using has also been banned. If he turns out to be innocent then the IP will be unbanned and you will all be able to play again. However if he does not turn out to be innocent then the IP can not be used again, and we will have to ask you if you have a different IP address available to play from.
