(From troubleshoot it say mac banned) Ban message : No message What GM banned you (optional) : Hi GMs!!!! I finished my banned period already. However I cannot log into my account. When I try to log into my account, it will automatically disconnect and a message, "you have been disconnect from the login server. Please try again later." will be shown. Am I somehow still being banned on my ip or mac addresses? Please help me ASAP as I had not been playing this game for a week and i miss it.
Hi thanks for that. I can play already. But I just encounter a problem after playing for a few minutes. The screen suddenly went to the log in screen by itself and it show a message that "your account is already logged in or your account name is incorrect. Please try again". This one happened also when I try to vote for NX. Can you tell me what's the problem.
