Please change your password on the website control panel and let us know when you've done that, so we can separate you from the hacker.

you let us know you changed your password on dec 6th and today is dec 11th which is 5 days not 9 you should be able to play again already on your character xeno
the character Xeno is not banned, perhaps you're confused about what accoutn you're trying to log in with? send me your account ID, MAC and IP addresses to my private inbox conversation so I can take a look for you
You don't own the character xeno, your character is xen0 (with a zero) which is why you werent able to play yet. You should be able to play now with the PIN I send you.
