EDIT: I have not been logged into the game since September or August iirc, I certainly was able to log on then and when I did it was for short periods of time. Never hacked, never did anything "illegal" or suspicious, I was logged in from school on a Betternet/HotSpot Shield VPN during my off periods since they blocked the game somehow.
You havent played in 6 months and the day after your account got compromised you suddenly show interest. Could you tell us a bit more about that?
Tbh just a coincidence. On my Bowmaster, Octavarium, I logged in to help a friend start playing again. You can see this, after I logged in I sent a friend request to the ign Gentlest, and I gave him 150m and a maple staff. I also offered leech and thats when I got off to log in to see if I had equips on my I/L and I saw I was banned. I have screenshots of me offering to help him out, if you'd like to see that. Also, by compromise do you mean banned or hacked? Because if you just banned me for suspicious activity and I hadn't been logged for 6 months, what did I do in those 6 months that broke the ToC?
Who says they weren't or wouldn't be banned? Now, can you perhaps tell us how someone else had access to your ingame account while you were gone?
Baseless question, if I was hacked obviously the hacker isnt going to message me telling me they got my ass. It seems like other people were hacked and were unbanned. I don't understand why I cant be unbanned here. I do not know who did it, and how theyre connected to me.
Before we consider unbanning you, we want to know whether it was a case of account sharing or being hacked. Until we know that for sure, no action will be taken by us. So if you have any relevant information regarding this, feel free to provide us with it.
I have no information about whether or not it was hacking. My brother doesn't know my login info and he's been inactive for just as long as I have. I do believe it was a hacker. Also, Tim said my account was hacked. He said it himself, so I don't see how it wasnt that case?
Right, we believe you and many others got hacked due to having similar or exactly the same account information on other private servers. A lot of these accounts were logged in by the same person, which is why your account is attached to MrRebs his ban (another victim). Can you please change your password on the Mapleroyals website and tell me when you have done so?
