Also check for hidden ipv6 adapters such as Microsoft 6to4 Adapter or Microsoft ISATAP Adapter by doing the following: Open Command Prompt (cmd.exe), and type "netsh interface ipv6 isatap set state disabled" And if necessary: Open Start Menu Type In: Device Manager Select Device Manager Click the View menu from the top Select Show Hidden Devices (Must be check before continuing) Scroll down and expand Network Adapters Right-Click a duplicated Microsoft 6to4 Adapter or Microsoft ISATAP Adapter Select Uninstall Click OK for the pop-up warning message Repeat and repeat for each of the unwanted duplicated adapter Close Device Manager when finished

Hey, I have moved and am using a different internet but I still can't get in. So the issue is likely from my computer. Unfortunately, I don't have the skills and expertises to get it to work. I don't have any unused network adapters, I have checked my device manager and there are no unused ones (semi-transparent) I did some flush thing using command prompt and every other thing I can find on google but nothing works. Please help ='(
You have to figure out why your MAC address is still hidden to us on your particular setup to be able to play
