I've seen those scrolls for those prices (sometimes ranging from cheap to a bit overpriced) in millions of mesos:

Two Handed Axe for ATT 10% 0.5-1.5
Eye Acc. for Acc 10% 0.5
Pet Equip for Speed 100% 0.1

Spear for ATT 10% 2
Dark Scroll for Bow ATT 70% 1
Pet Equip for Speed 60% 0.1

Some of those prices don't seem very useful at first, but look at it this way. I've flipped Claw ATT 60% from 4 to 7m. I guess it could probably sell for 9m, but I wouldn't waste my store space with it waiting for someone in a hurry to buy. If I had one, I'd sell it for 6-7m. If I saw one for below 4, I'd buy it again to resell.
Price all the DEF scrolls at about 200k and gradually lower the price to about 40-50k. Someone will eventually buy them.
For some, such as Overall DEX 70% and overall DEX 30% I'm not sure if the upper/ lower limits are too overpriced/ underpriced. I've seen them only a few times at FM. I'd price them somewhere in the middle if I couldn't wait a few times to test the market.
