Solved [Solution Given] Error Code

Hello, I'm having a little problem with the pet status window in game here ( the one that show closeness, fullness), when I double click the pet to open the window, the game just crash on me and this error popup



Anyone know how to fix this ? Thank you for reading

 

The code means your game files are out of date. You will have to install the most recent version.

 

hello, thanks for replying, I already did, twice, with the setup file in google drive, so, I'm really clueless on what to do right now.

 

It should be installed correctly then.
Are you running the game from the folder the setup has installed it in?

 

Yes, I just checked the root folder of the desktop icon and it is the correct folder, only having problem when I try to open the pet status window, other than that everything is fine.

 

So you have no disconnection issues at all, except for when you click yourself when you have a pet out?

 

Nope, everything works fine, except when I click my pet to check the closeness or fullness, if there is any other way to check those without opening that window, I can live without it.

 

I believe your pet might be bugged then, which can happen randomly.
If you want you can make a character issues thread, explain the situation and ask the pet to be refunded.
In that case we will give you back the NX you've invested in purchasing the pet, and with that NX you can buy any pet (including the same one you had) again and it should work fine again.

 

Do you by chance have any nx item on your wish list?

 

Oh wow thanks lobix, yes I have some items in my wishlist, I tried removing them just now and it's fine again, so I don't know how the 2 unrelated things intertwined but that fixed it. Thanks for your patient too Dimitri !

 

The problem itself was not the pet bugged or anything to do with the pet, it had to do with a known bug where if you have something on your wish list, any character that clicks on you including yourself will DC. glad I could help f2
