Can't get into game after clicking launcher - "You have been disconnected from the login server."

    Hi there,

    I'm having trouble getting into the game. I tried the troubleshooting thread but I can't even get to login/character select screen.

    I just downloaded the game so I have no IGN. After clicking the desktop launcher, my screen changes resolution. However after about 1-2minutes, it changes back and I get the message "You have been disconnected from the login server."

    How can I fix this?

    Could be an issue with your firewall, make sure MapleRoyals.exe has permission to access the internet.
