By the message, and talking to him(my brother "ZivCA") he went to the new event map, summoned monsters with a summoning bag, attacked them once and got auto ban, I assume it's because you cannot damage the event monsters more than a specific number, and preventing hackers to deal more damage to them you use an auto ban system, but my brother attacked monsters he summoned from his summoning bag.... it's probably a glitch or a bug, but I don't think neither of us should be banned for this, especially me, I did nothing wrong.
