problem with 3rd job advancement

i hv beat Dark Lord in the Door of Dimension twice for the 3rd job quest but no Black Charm dropped .TT

i wanna try again but it says one could do the quest twice a day .

When i return to see my first/ third job instructor ,they always say the same thing .

what can i do TT

I had the same problem a week ago,
But i was smart enough to walk around and press zzzzz.

And guess what? Suddenly i found it hiding behind one of those blue rocks on the ground
