So when is the server gonna be online? And why is it not top 1 on gtop100?

 

It's not #1 because the vote counts start at the start of the month, which was during the time we all couldn't vote due to the new sauce patch. It's actually doing pretty well jumping from the bottom and all the way up to #4 in less than 24 hours.

 

Why won't Spectrum Goggles be available?

 

Everyone is talking about the FM button, while I didn't even know we had an FM button. That would have made my life easier

 

I've been thinking about it recently and I think you should shut down the server and release when its 100%.
I mean, it is nice if we could hang out, but if us hanging out takes up time for game to be at full functionality then dont.
if its easier to shut down servers and patch that way, just do that because its been almost 5 days since the server has been shut down and people who are willing to wait will wait.
I just want mapleroyals back lol, even if it means no more mapleroyals for another few days.

 

Old source until at least basic functions work in new source?

 

Since the whole code was rewritten, does this mean that marriage was rewritten too and we can have gay marriages in new source? (If not implemented at release, then someday?)

Will the damage over time for outlaw's flamethrower be fixed?

 

The idea is to get everything working as it should, including corsair's flamethrower. Things may just take some time to get there though.

Then keep doing it? If switching to Old Source until basic functions worked in New Source was a viable/desirable option, don't you think they would've done it already? If waiting is what you're doing, then keep doing it. Don't be a softie. Kek.

The original intent of royals is to be like old school gms with minor deviations, and if that involves the implementation of mandatory boat rides like it was back then, atleast give it a try before complaining about it.

 

I think one selling point of private servers over the real thing is the ability to alter the game to add minor QoL changes. Having skippable boat rides and your NX items not expiring is not game breaking, and welcomed a convenience to players.

Reviving the nostalgia of old maple has nothing to do with these changes IMO.
