Hi there! So I figured out what happened. I went to visit my family and friends for Christmas in Holland. I logged on to gach at my friend's (his name is Roy) place from his computer and his IP address because he told me he installed Royals and I thought I might as well gach since I did not bring my computer to Holland with me. After I left his place he got banned for hacking which automatically got my accounts banned as well seeing as they logged in from the same IP prior to this. However I have never used any hacks on either of my accounts because that's just not how I feel like the game should be played (Don't see why anyone would on high level characters). I currently live in Belgium and have always played the game from one IP address and computer, which I believe you could confirm looking at the logs. Now the really controversial and classic answer ''It wasn't me'' applies. Since we've known each other for over 12 years and grew up playing maple together in primary school we both have the same password because it's a sequence that we easily remember from our childhood. To this day we're both using that password and we could log in onto each others Social media etc. and probably even bank accounts. He openly admits to hacking and accepts his ban. He therefore doesn't care whether or not his IP address and account stays banned. I would just ask of you to unban my accounts. If you'd like us to submit a picture or anything of that nature to prove we are two different people that wouldn't be an issue. I know there's tons of ''my little brother was hacking it wasn't me'' ban appeals on this forum and therefore don't blame you if you wouldn't believe this story, but I ask you to look into this issue so we can find a solution. If you were to look into this we'd be happy to cooperate in any way you might see for us to resolve this. Regards, Daniel
