Fixed Ilbi's can not be recharged

    Yeah, my cilbi worked fine as well. Not ilbi's though.

    You can recharge Hwabis and Cilbis only. They fixed that you don't consume stars/bullets but they didn't fix the recharging issue which makes training with NL's that don't have Cilbis a huge pain. My friend has to use subis now with no Shadow Partner as well which is pretty horrible, should've been fixed at the same time tbh. ~f12
