Comando exp x1

Hola a todos ya tengo días jugando este server genial y me gustaría si puede ver un comando para reducir la exp.
Por Ejemplo:
~Exp 1 - este comando hará que la experiencia sea normal.
~Exp 3 - se multiplicará por 3 la exp.

Y si se puede también los mesos y el drop F2
