Considering I had to look up what that is, no.

So I'm definitely NOT trying to push my luck here, but I have a few questions to ask. I know that admins hardly ever reply to PMs because of their constant duties, so I'm going to repost a message I sent Matt around the time of my unbanning:

So here are my questions concerning what was taken.

You previously stated that all items of value were deleted because there is a slight chance that they were duped. If this is true, why did you take:

    1. My event chairs. They are all labeled by the staff members who gave them to me. You can ask and they'll tell you that I won plenty, if not most of their events.
    2. Bad claws. I had a few skandas 48-52. Those are almost worthless, yet you took them
    3. NX equips. You took some of my NX. What was the point of that?
    4. Every last penny. You left me with 0 mesos. Do you really believe every cent I made was illigitimate?

I know this is the "only way" you would consider unbanning me, but isn't that EXTREMELY excessive? In other cases, you simply deleted the known, duplicated items.

There isn't an equal case like this. You should be thankful we (as staff) have reconsidered the ban appeal (no matter the outcome).

I'm aware, but didn't Matt also say he took things of value? I'm just curious as to why NOTHING was returned.

And Gi, I know, and I'm thankful, as I just stated many times.

As far as I know, Matt didn't actually take anything from your account - he simply didn't refund the items that the remote hacker took.

Ah, I see. That makes more sense. But again, I'm simply asking why some obviously legitimate items were not returned.

I believe I have yet to reply to this but I can assure you I've been very involved with this in the background. A lot.

Besides the situation at hand which unfortunately means you had lost your items without our consent; you nor we can prove any items at any given time anywhere have been duped or not. Simply because the database doesn't allow for it. We have all the right to assume the worst in any case, even if that means some situations will be dealt with in an "unfair" way.

There has never been a situation like yours. Previous matters of intentional involvement with duped items have always been dealt with the hard way. Sure, our rules could use some updating seeing there are slight holes when you consider the multiple ways in which duped items can be obtained, but that does not mean that we cannot be inclined to do the thing that we feel is right. That is what you've signed up for and that is how it will stay. Anyone else trying to run a game in a rational way would do the same.

But there are items that you KNOW weren't duped (ex: the chairs I won in events). Can't you check the account with all my stuff for some things that couldn't have possibly been duped and give them back?

Raddy, you paid the price for getting involved with a duper. That's something you need to come to terms with and learn from. You were not just an innocent victim - you made a big mistake getting mixed up in stuff like that. I don't think you can realistically expect us to refund you under the circumstances.
