Awaiting Feedback Snipe's cooldown is too long

Snipe has a 4 second cooldown. I timed it multiple times, starting the timer once I press the skill and after the skill animation ends, and it's always more than 3 seconds. I hope this can be fixed because it's literally the only thing I was looking forward to in the new source. Thanks

 

Snipe's CD should be 5 seconds

 

you're right, I could have sworn it said they were going to change it to 3 seconds but I was wrong. This thread should be deleted/locked
