Forgotten in-game username and password

I've recently decided to start playing MapleRoyals again after several months of break. I've forgotten all my usernames and passwords for both my forum and in-game account but I've managed to reset my forum account password using my email and checked through my old post to find out my IGN.

IGN: Zeroed

Now I'm able to access my forum account using my new password and username but am still unable to access my in-game account. Is there any way for me to reset the password for the in-game account and have the information sent to my email?
