DCing from gaga event page

Hi so i keep on dcing from gaga event page in ch1. i always end up with the error thing that pops up when i dc. Anyone else experience this and can help me out? i cant even do anything except for roaming in the fm.

i tried the character fix thing in the control panel and it does nothing too

 

Just to be sure, did you download the game files from our website?

 

i did. i click on gaga once before and after the gm fixed the server i was completly fine. i could get out of the event page but idk why its like this now lol
