Ah the elite guilds.

Our guild in Broa had a system that you had to be higher than our guilds HS mule to join and stay in the guild, which was WELL past 4th job by the time 2010 rolled around, and we lost a fair amount of people who couldn't train faster than it leeched.

Ahhh.. good times, goooood times.

 

We have no plans to ever accept any more public applications. The way we recruit is just by trusted member recommendation(Good friends of longterm guildmates/friends who get their vouch). Since we stopped accepting applications last spring the guild has grown to be much stronger and closer than ever in the past. Basically anyone who joins now is already familiar with and friendly with everyone else in the guild and I don't want to change that way of recruiting.
