Closed Voting fail: Website did not display Captcha preventing me from voting

Here we go again =/ .
Alright, after clicking 'vote now' the link sent me to the GTOP100 website but displayed no Captcha. When I attempted to click 'vote for Mapleroyals...'
it asked me to solve the non-existent 'captcha above'. I then decided to refresh the page by revisiting the mapleroyals website and clicking 'vote now' however, I was met with the revelation that I had 'already voted' and had to wait 1438 minutes.
After this I decided to check the amount of nx on my account in order to ascertain whether my vote had in fact succeeded. After completing numerous Captchas, I gave as despite completion of the Captcha, my account would not log in.

Your account was still credited with the 8k NX. The website is just having issues at the moment so you can't really log in to check.
