Closed Polar Bear Chair gone

I remember buying it from a guy for around 32m in the fm before the source update. Now it's gone. My IGN is Credits.

 

Was it in the last 4 slots of your inventory?

 

I don't think so. I remember hitting the organize button after I bought it. Besides, there was still a setup slot empty when I logged on today so it can't be the 4 slot issue.
