Closed Ban period over . Pls assist

    Problem: Cant log in despite ban period over.
    Details: Requested ban of 90days, way back. Ban period is already over, yet still unable to log in. Keeps dc-ing as i click my character in login page. Pls assist in post ban issue.

    Yes. 'Trouble logging in game? try logging in from nexon.com" pops up and game disconnects immediately after pressing 'OK'

    could you make a screenshot of that? our client should never mention anything like that. Are you sure you have the correct game files for MapleRoyals?

    I'm pretty sure my account wasnt unbanned fully. It happens everytime i finish serving my self request ban.
