Closed Ban period over . Pls assist

Problem: Cant log in despite ban period over.
Details: Requested ban of 90days, way back. Ban period is already over, yet still unable to log in. Keeps dc-ing as i click my character in login page. Pls assist in post ban issue.

I'm pretty sure my account wasnt unbanned fully. It happens everytime i finish serving my self request ban.
