Hello everyone, its nice to be here! Quick bio about myself; I'm 23 years old, currently with a job as a Software Developer (specifically for embedded control systems), and 1 year away from getting my undergraduate degree in Computer Engineering. I happened to stumble upon this server when a friend talked to me about how he was playing MapleStory recently, but after trying the "new" MapleStory, I found myself quite disgruntled with what it had become. Talking to a few people who also had played GMS from beta like myself, they too were not happy with the direction Nexon took with it. I figured there had to be some sane and smart people who would actually host an older version of MapleStory, and here I am! I'm looking forward to getting along with as many of you as possible, and hopefully I can help this server in any way possible (maybe coding, I am a software developer after all). PS: I made an crossbow man, but I read that marksman is bugged? Could someone enlighten me on what they're talking about?
Hi! I think the bug that you are referring to is Snipe which should have been fixed by now. The bug was that 99K was the damage cap for Snipe which had been increased to 199K. Other than that, I am not aware of any other bugs for Marksmen. (It would be better if fellow Marksmen are able to confirm this.) Anyway, welcome to the server and I hope you enjoy your stay here. Welcome to Royals! I hope you enjoy your stay! And the only problem with MM is that Snipe 30 is almost impossible to get right now because HT is bugged. But they've been working on the bugs so hopefully we'll be able to do it in the future.
