Fine. Here's more than a nope. We don't allow ANY hackers to come back. Want to know why? Here's why. If we let just one hacker come back, then everyone who has ever hacked us will be begging for the same treatment. Do we want that? Of course not. Also, why the hell would we allow someone who attempted to dupe back. Hell, at least when you hack you're mostly only affecting yourself. Duping kills the economy.
