IGN: Crixix Problem: can't get past character selection Details: upon selecting my character the client crashes, "maplestory has stopped working". This only happens on one of my character that has a donor pet "fluffy teddy"
Can you perhaps tell us which pet the character has active? And is Crixix the character you're having trouble logging in with? From what I can see you have a Rudolph's Hat equipped for your pet on Crixix, and this could possibly be crashing you if the active pet can not wear this item. If you can reply to my 2 questions above, we will be able to assist you with your issue shortly.
The pet is named Fluffy Teddy. It looks like a beige teddy bear. Yes Crixix is the character I'm having trouble with. However I did not equip the pet rudolph's hat on my pet because it can't wear it. Could you delete that rudolph's hat?
I've deleted the Rudolph's Hat as per request, so I think you should be able to log in again. When NX refunding is enabled again, please send a ~gm ingame to have 2,400 NX refunded.
