I have written about this subject in the feedback section but after doing some research I realized it would be better to rewrite it here (even though it isn't technically a bug). El Nath PQ is currently available, but technically is impossible to be done: 1. El Nath PQ requires a stanceless warrior as the party leader. 2. The leader of the party should be in the middle of the Power Stance questline. 3. In order to begin this questline, the warrior needs to have a Crimson Balrog's Proposal (storybook), dropped by Crimson Balrogs only. 4. Crimson Balrogs spawn only during the Ellinia-Orbis boatride, which is currently unavailable. => El Nath PQ cannot be done at all, meaning no class can get it's knockback skillbook. This is pretty crucial in my opinion. Please correct me if I am mistaken.
There are still some warriors who will be able to do the pq(eventually) , and a few still can do it. If you're looking for the proposal I've seen a few being sold still, its like 20m.
