rant incoming sick of this server things that have pushed me to quit -crapload of glitches (admittedly this is getting a lot better recently) -Over the last week ive literally been so bored, i leveled my hs mule to a bishop, and just farmed useless things -This boredom stems from a complete lack of things to do at 140+ i know a number of people in my guild agree with me, and its just a load of crap -people have been asking for bpq since i joined almost a month ago, it was added but so flawed it had to be taken down (loltesting) -kerning pq (pointless except for the one time people will do it for nostalgia) given more priority than bpq (something people will do consistently because it will actually be useful) wtf? -Gacha sucks some guy just got 9 white scrolls in one run how is that possible -the game is so fucking boring theres nothing to do aside from grinding skeles/bigfoot -absolutely horrible rate of holding on to 140+.. i think somewhere around 5-10 people have quit who are high level -gacha rates just take the piss how the hell is someone going to have a 1.5b+ gacha in 1 run thats just complete shit ill crawl the forums see if things changed because i still like the community here.. currently downloading a couple other server that may be better idk might come back if things change PCE edit: also gms being instated with little introduction, apparently just joined and become gms? i think everyone would like a proper introduction
I'm part with this. Higher level content is needed and 9 white scrolls in 300 gacha is like 0.0005%, and it seems like he is hacking which makes several people quit because they think it is unfair. I know three guildies that have already joined dms, and i would be lying if i said i haven't though about it. I know matt is busy and these requests are getting worked on, just posting my thoughts. #ranting. 300 gachapons from 4 days of grinding = 9 white scrolls. 1 white scroll is 150m 9 white scrolls x 150.. i don't even want to do the maths. guessing it's about 2 bil, 2bil per four days of grinding.
I agree with a lot of Jason's points. I understand that Matt is extremely busy and I know that certain things like the kpq over bpq one happen because kpq is much easier to fix and it's a nice little thing to have, but there are others that he is right about. The gacha, for instance: how many times have we requested that things like WS be distributed in a more fair way than through random chance? I know you're working on a revamp right now but it just seems like it was put off for so long and now it's being... exploited, if you will. The recent gacha run that everyone is alluding to is insane... in 300 tickets, how can someone get 9 WS? I've used well over 300 tickets and have gotten 1 white scroll my whole time here. I'm with Ty, I'm still here, but certain things are really creating strong doubts. Clarification: I'm not saying Toyota hacked gachapon or anything, I don't think that's possible lol.

I was planning to introduce the boss party quest after I have finished sorting out gachapon(which should be done tonight or tomorrow) and adding fixing the dolphin script to give out mounts properly(which is a pretty quick fix). -people have been asking for bpq since i joined almost a month ago, it was added but so flawed it had to be taken down (loltesting) An Aquarium PQ script which which already came with the source was tested and found to be too buggy and exploitable to stay in the game so it was removed for now. -kerning pq (pointless except for the one time people will do it for nostalgia) given more priority than bpq (something people will do consistently because it will actually be useful) wtf? KerningPQ wasn't fixed by me and it was literally 1 line of code that needed to be changed to fix a whole PQ. -Gacha sucks some guy just got 9 white scrolls in one run how is that possible I'm redoing gachapon at the moment like stated above. like i said, theres a chance ill come back based on what changes within the next week or so.. thanks for responding matt, nothing against you or the staff, but its just gotten too boring to deal with atm.
I'm guessing white scroll comes with a 1/100'ish rate, so in a way I landed a 30%. Lucky, sure, but your assumptions are ridiculous. You're blaming me while the problem is somewhere else, and since I knew the problem when I joined, even warned you about it, I've been able to take the advantage over it. Money is extremely easy to generate in here and gacha is extremely easy to get. You should adapt to the conditions instead of whining about mages, or LISTEN to the ones who see the problem and ask for it to be fixed instead of underestimating the views of new players due to you being way over your head thanks to some small achievements in an easy server. The top players clearly haven't been training on mobs that much, hence I've been able to control the situation quite well by playing the way I usually start a server, making a farmer. I've been able to buy most of the WS, and generate some of my own. Heck the reason why WS prices went up so much in the past two days is solely because of me. Since I couldn't play properly due to work, I didn't get enough WS to meet my standards, I got lazy and bought the expensive ones with my savings. If there were more no-life farmers in this server, I wouldn't be able make a distinctive difference. Prices would skyrocket up due to inflation and the ones who are trying to work on perfecting equips via the optimal ways would be more equal. You guys are pathetic, especially since you named your guild "AllStars" even when you clearly don't know a squat about adapting and playing in a optimal way for generating money and riches. All you can do is whine when someone actually does that. Sorry to be harsh.
Our guild is named after a smash mouth song ngl And the problem isn't mages, it's you. There are plenty of bishops higher than you and that have grinded more than you. Why would you take advantage of something that matt is fixing. Abusing.
The work they've put into their bishops has taken a longer time span. When I do the same in a short period of time it looks like I get more. And I've been focusing on making money and getting WS, instead of playing the usual way and booming most of the things you get and buying more, wasting more. There has been an ongoing rumor for a while now, that the new gacha would be better than the old one, hence people saving up their gacha for the new one, at least in my guild. Cannot exactly remember the source, but it was based on something that Matt said to a certain person, who then flaunted the conversation at FM. Abusing gacha? Lol, how about your guild abusing Chaos for months. Say you had no idea and I'll call you a moron.
Vergil, I feel very uncomfortable with the way you seem so determined to make a point that you're willing to antagonise a fair number of established high level players here. An important part of any server is the community spirit, and I, for one, would greatly appreciate it if you could accept the community as it is without trying to deliberately demoralise people. Well I do have no idea. How can you abuse chaos. & it can't be months if the guild has been open for a weeks. I also doubt saki or Aly has gachad 14 WS
The name AllStars wasn't meant to be anything conceited, we were just trying to have fun. Vergil, I have no problem with you personally, I just think that you're the perfect example of WHY we need the changes. Yes, you created a farming account and got a lot of gach. Personally, I think either the odds of WS are way below 1/100 or I have just been absurdly unlucky. Either way, it doesn't matter how many tickets you've farmed, you were VERY lucky at gach, no two ways about it. Also, I have NO idea how anyone "abused" chaos scrolls so I guess you can call me moron... I'm not going to lie, you're surprising me with how quickly you're making money, but then again when we had our initial conversation I didn't quite anticipate the level of commitment you were going to put into it. I know that you are a sensible guy and I'm sorry if we upset you. I think most of us were just a bit peeved because it's hard not to feel "cheated" in a way when we put in so much work and a lot of us don't quite have the luck that you're getting, but it's not something to be upset with YOU over.
