I stopped playing a few months ago and I thought I'd start playing again, but now my account is suddenly banned. I'm not even sure about my character name, so I can PM my username if necessary. I understand that I'm not giving a lot of information, but there's not really a lot of information to give. I can still log into my account on the site if that matters.
Have you played any other private servers where you use similar or the exact same log-in details as you have here?
Yes, but I don't think I've played on any other servers after I stopped playing this one. Not 100% sure, though. If it matters, the other server I've played on was a way newer version, with it's own client.
From what I can see it appears your account has been hacked a while ago due to poor account security. Can you please update your password on the Mapleroyals website and let us know when you have done so?
