Trouble again!

    I joined 2 days ago and I was playing OK, but today my internet crashed and I went out for like 2 hours.
    When I came back I tried to log in but this appaers everytime I try to get in -_-

    Been like this for 1 hour and a half so IDK what's happening, any help?

    I do not know what the image is of, but I'd like to know why I am getting this error when I click on it from university.

    "Your request was denied because of its content categorization: "Adult/Mature Content;Intimate Apparel/Swimsuit""

    Not a good look for me to be getting blocked images when I click links when at uni.

    I see it fine.
    I usually get that message when:

    1) Server is offline
    2) Port is blocked (for example at University).
