You were banned for real world trading based on conversations we have access to.

You stated that you need to buy APs, 1 RMB each. And there was a guy named LOrz mentioned(@) him, then he said he will buy APs next month. (because he had a SE and wanted to HP-washing so he needs large numbers of APs)

You further said that you need to buy red socks(16 att) and a cape(18 att) and you had already contacted the seller. The timestamp of the pictures of evidence we have is on April 20 at 2 am(GMT +8). Later on in the conversation, you had gotten those 2 equipments, the time was April 26 at 3:56 pm(GMT +8).

Because of all of this evidence showing you were doing RWT, we will not be unbanning you.

When you start talking about real world currency to make a trade or transaction, it is clear you are attempting to make a real world trade. You will not be unbanned

Can you please tell your translator to do his job? If he can't, I will do it for you. I was just trying to be funny in our group, someone said he wanna sell ap resets, and my reply was "1 lolli dillar <3, I will buy it next month<3",and now you tell me because I want to buy ap resets with "loli dollars" so I am banned? It's very clearly I was trying to be funny. And some of my "friend" took a screenshot and trip me for that, doesn't mean I really want to do that(with loli dollar?). Also I have screenshot about I bought both cape and shoes legally, I didn't even said I bought them with real world money, I was just showing off.

 

Our translator who "did his job" is someone who speaks the language fluently/a native speaker and is a local to the region so they would understand phrases or slang that would not be known to a non-native speaker.

 

Its does mean RMB, but when we say that its more like a joke, Plus no matter how did you read that "dollars", I didnt buy it and I wasnt looking for rwt, I said that after I ask if someone selling ap resets and I have 700w(1w =10k) to pay for ap resets. If you do have the screenshot of what I said then you should have seen this part as well. Therefore, it's very clearly that I was looking for ap resets and wanted to buy it with "mesos". maybe the joke were going too far, but its still a joke.

Also for cape and shoes I was really bought from my friend. I can offer you the screenshot of the coversatoin about the deal(which you thought it was paid by RMB, but I actully willing to pay 40b for it, not yet but still earning), and the screenshot when we trade (include times). If that can confirmed that I wasnt looking for or doing rwt, doesnt thats mean its doesnt deserve a perma ban?

For those forum accounts, because of the China IP, its a little bit annoying to me if I want to login forum, and thats why when I need to use forum I always ask other people to do it for me, unless I have to do it myself.

 

Just because I ask my friend to help me buy stuffs or ask for helps on forum doesnt mean I RWT. He didn't even know my game account, and all I did was just ask him to help me make post on forum. It is very annoying for us to yse forum, because of china IP, and I don`t not even use it unless it was very necessary, of course I would find the person who use forum to help me make posts, is that a problem?

 

I have already tell you that it was just a joke, I wasn't being serious. If you can see the whole chat logs then you are supposed to understand the whole things.

Its wasnt me, and that account were created after I move to my mom's house, why should it connected to my game account?

 

Linzixuan12's forum account email address contains the exact same numbers as the ingame account username of the character Linzixuan.
With that said, we have no reason to believe you are 2 different players and your ban appeal has been denied.
